Meet Josh Willis
I have worked in the custom home building industry since the age of 13 and have over 15 years experience in custom home construction. After spending over a decade as a project manager for custom home builders in the central Texas area, I moved on to start my own real estate business Pride of Texas Real Estate www.prideoftexas.net and custom home building company in 2008. I have personally built, closed and preformed all the warranty work on over 80 custom homes throughout central Texas. I have a passion for building homes and a true appreciation for the relationships that have developed with each important client.

I am the Project Manager at Hill Country Custom Homes. My expertise covers the entire scope of the construction process, from estimating to managing multi-million dollar projects. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials and costs, building codes, scheduling, time management, and proficiency with industry standard software. Part of the job I enjoy most is working closely and confidentially with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
